Talismans are Quest Items featured in Karneval der Albträume. They offer temporary benefits to players when picked up, depending which type it is. They are found on Werewolves, however only one Talisman can be held at a time. Players cannot pick up a Talisman if they already have one. Talismans expire when their effects end. During the 2nd Main Easter Egg "The End Credits," these Talismans play a large role in it and provide different specialized benefits intended specifically for the Easter Egg.
Types of Talismans
Peace
Peace Talismans provide the United Players effect for 20 seconds. When a player with this effect gains Points, all nearby players within a 2-meter radius will also gain the same amount of Points.
Affluence
Affluence Talismans provide the Affluent Executive effect for 20 seconds. Players with this effect immediately gain 2500 Points, and an additional 250 Points every 5 seconds until the effect ends. This Point gain does not increase or stack if Double Points or Triple Points are active.
Conquest
Conquest Talismans provide the Conqueror effect for 20 seconds. While Conqueror is active, when the player obtains kills, they will gain +25% Bonus Damage until the effect ends. Higher tier enemies, such as Hellhounds (+26%), Werewolves (+27%), Bad Patch (+28%) and Wrathborn (+30%) increase this bonus damage gain. This Bonus Damage does not stack.
Immaculate
Immaculate Talismans provides the Insured effect. When a player with this effect goes Downed, they will retain their Perks and their Pro effects as well as their Third Weapon if they had Mule Kick. The Insured effect expires when a player goes Downed. In Solo play, players keep Quick Revive.
