Charles Lee Ray, more known as Chucky, is a serial killer who was gravely wounded by detective Mike Norris and transfers his soul into a Good Guy doll, achieving a form of immortality but seeks to transfer his soul back into a human body. This Charles Lee Ray incarnation is from the 2004 film.

Chucky appears in the map as an antagonist, a Wrathborn who was created by Mr. Skender and are controlled by Wrathborn Sentinels. He is summoned during "The End Credits" Easter Egg.
