Techno is an elite team of heroes. Prior to the Great Blackout of 2143, Techno operated as a privately-owned vigilante group working for the Mirage Corporation on Paradise Island to subjugate recent crime activity stemming from stolen F-Space Energy samples from the Central Vault.
Following the Mirage Corporation's declaration for bankruptcy, Techno was acquired by Atlas International following their buyout of the Mirage Corporation and all of their asset. Now reformed as an elite counter-terrorism task force, Techno became a subdivision of Atlas International's P.A.R.A.D.O.X. unit, being based out in the Los Angeles District of Midnight City.
Structure
Techno is divided into six Divisions, each of which has their own unique specialty in the group and a designated color identification plaque. Each Division has their own Division Lead and second-in-command (SiC).
Regent Commander is a rank bestowed upon a Techno Agent if the overall leader or all Division Leads are absent, incapacitated or deceased. This Regent Commander status can also be appointed by the Techno leader. There is currently no known Techno member to be granted the status of Regent Commander.
Inner Circle
The Inner Circle, led by Techno's leader, is the commanding group in Techno's rank structure. Members of this group are the Division Leads of each Division in Techno, in addition to their most-trusted lieutenants, often their second-in-commands. The Division Leads are also given Level 3 Clearance, which allows them to access the Atlas International Database and intel.
Security Agent
By far the most common, Security Agents are members who guard and protect Techno facilities. These Agents are as common as Commando Agents, especially in Techno territory. Security Agents report to Jennifer Reese. Envoy is a notable Security Agent.
Tech Agent
Tech Agents are infantry who specialize in the utilization of technology during missions and operations. They also work to advance Techno's own technology, gadgets and weapons for other members. Tech Agents report directly to Victor Payton.
Recon Agent
Recon Agents are members who would perform reconnaissance duties for intelligence on Techno operations and missions, reports of potential activity, and scout for individuals with potential to recruit into Techno, in addition, they wear casual civilian clothing and outfits to fit their roles. Recon Agents report directly to Rox for assignments and missions.
Commando Agent
Commando Agents are members who serve as infantry and are the most commonly encountered Techno Agents. Though obligated to report directly to Tomiko Hayashi, they also have freedom to report to either Victor Payton, Jennifer Reese or Roxanne Summers.
Outrider Agent
Outrider Agents are members who perform escort and bodyguard duties and are the least common Techno Agents encountered. Most Outriders are found with the leadership caste of Techno, specifically Tomiko, whom they also report to. Amber Summers and Phantom are notable Outrider Agents.

Facilities
- Techno Headquarters: Techno was previously based out of an apartment complex owned by the Mirage Corporation in New Elpis, Paradise Island. The building would later be acquired by Atlas International and converted into a P.A.R.A.D.O.X. precinct once Techno was relocated to Midnight City.
- Techno Tower: After becoming a P.A.R.A.D.O.X. subdivision, Techno was given their own dedicated headquarters by Atlas International situated in the Los Angeles District of Midnight City. This new building was modeled to be extremely reminiscent to Techno's old base, providing the group with everything they could possibly need.
