Delta is a former Commando Agent of Techno who left the group out of loyalty to Isabelle "Siren" Lakewood, later joining her organization.
Biography
Techno Operative
At some point in time, Delta joined Techno as a Commando Agent. Over the course of his career, Delta gained immense respect for Isabelle "Siren" Lakewood, one of Techno's co-leaders and believed her leadership was superior than Tomiko "Vendetta" Hayashi's. On May 19th, 2138, Delta partook in a mission to rescue Nakata "Demi" Hayashi from Bunker 99 after her cover within the Private Army was blown.[2]

On July 2nd, 2143, Siren was demoted from her position in a vote and later terminated from Techno entirely following an attempted assault on Roxanne "Rox" Summers. Upon hearing of Siren's removal from the team, Delta soon abandoned Techno out of support for Siren.[3]
Member of the Forsaken
On September 22nd, Delta and the rest of Siren's loyalists were recruited by Siren to join her new organization called the Forsaken, seeking to enact vengeance on Techno and its Inner Circle.[3]
