Task Force: JOKER is a special operations task force founded by Henry Knight and funded by the 501st Corporation, the group's main purpose is to provide relief aid to various parts of the world without the proper response, such as those affected by Al-Qatala; the majority of incidents handled by Task Force 141 and Armistice.

Task Force: JOKER first appears in Modern Warfare: Extinction as the playable faction.
