The RPK is a Russian-made light machine gun that can only be found in the Mystery Box in Kino der Toten, "Five", Ascension, and Call of the Dead. The RPK supports a 100 round magazine. For the most part, it is quite similar to the HK21, however it trades damage for a higher rate of fire and slightly smaller magazine.

The Pack-A-Punch version of this weapon is called the "R115 Resonator". When upgraded, it gains more power, 25 more rounds per magazine, and another 100 rounds in reserve ammo.

Trivia

• The player actually throws the magazine up and catches it to reload.
• The upgraded name of the RPK, the R115 Resonator, is a reference to Element 115.
• The RPK has an unusable bipod.
• This weapon is not in the Wii version.
• The weapon is usaully traded for an HK-21 because it has a larger ammo supply.
