The FN FAL is a semi-automatic rifle featured in the Zombies mode of Call of Duty: Black Ops and Call of Duty: Black Ops II. It can only be obtained from the Mystery Box or by modding or hacking.

Overview

With not much recoil, great iron sights, and a lot of power, the FAL is a great backup weapon that can be used to about round 15 without being Pack-a-Punched. It must be used to go for headshots if the player wants to keep it past round 12.

Pack-a-Punched Variant

Known as the "EPC WN," the FAL gains more power, a Reflex Sight, and the three-round burst compatibility. The upgraded FAL can be used even up to round 30, where it starts to become very ineffective, like most weapons.

Trivia

• The Pack-a-Punched name, "EPIC WN," is depicted as "Epic Win," since the weapon's original name, "FN FAL," is depicted as "F'N (F***ing) FAIL."
