Kell is the callsign of a former Outrider Agent of Techno who was extremely loyal to disgraced co-leader Isabelle Lakewood.
He appears in Futuristic Zombies as a Private Army Operator in the Zombie Operations mode.
Biography
Techno Operative
Kell was recruited into Techno as a Outrider Agent by co-leader Isabelle "Siren" Lakewood herself for his impressive skills in marksmanship and hand-to-hand combat sometime in 2142. He began serving under her as a bodyguard, working closely with Echo.
Loyalist of Siren
Sometime in August 2142, Kell was approached by Siren to confirm his unwavering loyalty to her and only her, which he did. It would be explained to him that there was tensions between herself and Tomiko "Vendetta" Hayashi as their leadership often clashed with each other.
This would escalate into an armed civil war in March 2143 between those loyal to Siren and the rest of Techno as an assassination was attempted on her life. Kell served valiantly in her name, killing Techno Agents he saw as traitors. In early May 2143, Siren would be successfully assassinated at Bunker 99 by an undercover Amber Summers during an alliance meeting between her and Private Army leader John "Private" McKnight, and witnessed Echo's death at the hands of Roxanne "Rox" Summers during the ensuring battle. In the aftermath, Kell would avoid arrest by the Mirage Corporation and Techno.
Private Army
After Siren's assassination, Kell and what remained of Siren's Loyalists not arrested by the Mirage Corporation would be welcomed into the Private Army PMC. In December 2143, Kell partook in an operation led by Senior Officer Ella to free the rest of the incarcerated Loyalist members from Nightstone Prison, a Mirage Corporation prison in the southern regions of Paradise Island, now operated by the Atlas Security Service. The mission was a success and Kell reunited with Delta, Joker, Ketch and Gerlock.
2144 Zombie Outbreak
After the 2144 Zombie Outbreak occurred in 2144, Kell would be loaned to Task Force: Extermination, along with Delta, Joker, Ketch and Gerlock.
