Modern Zombies is a storyline and fictional video game created by EternalBlaze.

Overview

Backstory

In the modern world of Call of Duty, scientists have been experimenting on making "superhumans" by reanimating the dead and giving them stimulants so their strength is equal to that of Superman. However, these experiments continually fail, until the scientists learn all too late that their failed experiments can also regenerate health and can even come back to life. Despite this, the experiments are not in control of their own actions, thus making them rather hostile. They eventually overpower their superiors and infect most of the world, leaving the rest of the world to fight for their lives.

Some main characters of the Modern Warfare Call of Duty series are included in this storyline, fighting for their lives as they revisit old locations as well as discover new ones.

As concluded by Samantha Maxis, who returns as a mere neutral character, Undead Richtofen is controlling the zombies, as he has anger towards the world and feels the modern world should suffer the same pains and struggles he himself did when he was still alive. Along with this, it is also Richtofen who control the player's fates and is toying with them to see what happens next.
